Description of Aircraft Battery: Concorde aerobatic RG® Series recombinant gas batteries are constructed with advanced sealed lead acid technology and unique features such as additional PolyGuard® separators around the plates to protect against shock and vibration, and larger than the industry standard intercell connections for optimal outrush and increased charge acceptance.
Maintenance free
Constructed with non removable vent valves, no addition of electrolyte or water required RG-145-2 has 55 percent more capacity than the standard emergency battery.
Built in heaters enhance battery operation during cold soak conditions

RG® Series batteries ship Hazmat Exempt
The battery is housed within an aluminum container and cover. A hold down bar is integrated into the cover with a lifting strap fitted on the cover. Heater receptacle and vent hole are integrated into the front of the container. For an unheated model, see RG-145-1.
